Memories Of The Heart

                              It is from this picture the song " Brand New Pair Of Wings" playing on this page was born,I wrote this tribute song shortly after Annas funeral, it was the hardest song in the world to sing yet the easiest one to write.I believe Anna guided the pen as I wrote the words and hummed a melody .The final verse of her song says it all, for In my heart Anna wrote this part for myself and my family.

Anna grew from this beautiful little girl to a young lady (as pictured at the top of this page)who brought so much love and fun into this world.I pray these "Memories Of My Heart" live on forever in all I do on this site, for the love of my beautiful neice Anna Elizabeth Peake and the priceless memories she left in my heart.

On May 20th 2008 whilst on a trip to America I recieved the awful news my 16 year old niece Anna had passed away suddenly.This news brought great devastation to our family,.Anna was a beautiful young lady with the warmest heart and wonderful sense of humour.Each and every one of us from grandparents to all of the children in the family had such a close relationship with her.

Even though it is so painful to remember Anna now she is gone, the thought of not remembering all of the wonderful times we had is worse. This is why I decided to  set up a site where the world can meet Anna the person and give others the opportunity to do the same for their loved ones.

I am sure if you spend a little while on 'Memories Of The Heart' your own memories of your loved ones will come flooding back and once again, many can benefit from your experience of how you have coped. Already we have members connecting with each other giving support through their own loss.To be honest it is through  my wonderful husband Clay and the incredibly strong members that have joined the site, I myself have slowly come to terms with losing our precious Anna.
